Frequently asked questions

This page explains how Elyvora School programs work: formats, schedules, registration and purchase steps, learning materials, and privacy controls. If something is not covered, request the current schedule and we will respond within one business day.

Quick answers

If you only need the essentials, start here. Our teaching model is built around learning outcomes, deliberate practice, and a visible feedback cycle. It is the opposite of a passive library: each cohort uses a weekly rubric, checkpoint submissions, and short review notes that make improvement measurable.

Session length

Sessions typically run 60–75 minutes. The structure leaves room for guided practice and correction, not only lectures.

Typical cohort length

Most courses run 2–3 weeks. Intensives are shorter with more frequent sessions and faster review turnaround.

Questions and detailed answers

Each answer is written to be operational: what we do, what you receive, and what you can control. We avoid vague promises because learning outcomes depend on attendance, practice time, and prior knowledge. The parts that do not vary are curriculum structure, assignment design, and feedback routines.

What formats do you offer?
We offer four formats: online courses (multi-session cohorts), webinars (standalone live sessions or short series), masterclasses (deep dives into a single topic), and intensives (short, frequent sessions). Live sessions focus on active work: guided drills, prompt-based practice, and short diagnostics. Recordings are provided for review, but they are meant to reinforce the method rather than replace participation.
How long is each session, and what happens inside a session?
Sessions are typically 60–75 minutes. The pacing is built around a repeatable routine: short framing, a worked example, guided practice, and a wrap-up with an explicit deliverable. In language tracks, you should expect controlled speaking prompts, pronunciation targets, and listening checks. In AI and programming tracks, you will work through small exercises (notebooks or code snippets) that make reasoning visible and coachable. The goal is consistent practice, not marathon lectures.
How long is a typical course, and what is the weekly workload?
Most cohorts run for 2–3 weeks. The weekly workload is designed to be compact and specific: short assignments tied to a module rubric. Think in terms of deliberate practice blocks (for example, a speaking prompt set, a debugging routine, or a checklist-based rewrite), not vague “review the lesson.” If you want a precise outline for your track, request the schedule and we will send the current cohort plan.
Which subjects and languages can I choose from?
Current tracks include languages (English, Chinese, Arabic), AI fundamentals, programming foundations, digital skills, and personal development modules. Topics can vary by cohort depending on instructor availability and the live calendar. If you have a specific goal (for example, English speaking for meetings, or building a consistent coding workflow), add it to your message so we can match you to the closest cohort or webinar.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Completion certificates are issued when course criteria are met. Criteria are tied to concrete deliverables, such as assignment submissions, participation in review sessions, and a capstone artifact. If you want the exact completion checklist for a specific track, request the schedule.
How do registration and purchase work?
Registration starts with a simple request: you pick a topic and share a short note about your preferred format and time zone. We respond by email with cohort dates and session times, what is included (live sessions, recordings, assignments, feedback), and next steps for registration and purchase. This approach keeps the website lightweight and avoids collecting unnecessary personal data before you decide.
How do you handle bot protection for forms?
Form submissions require bot protection (such as reCAPTCHA or an equivalent). Verification is handled server-side. This page does not include third-party tracking scripts. If bot protection is not available in your browser, email [email protected] and we will help you enroll.
What data do you collect, and how can I change cookie preferences?
We collect the information you provide in the form (name, email, selected topic, message) and basic technical data for security and reliable site delivery. Cookie categories are separated into essential, analytics, and marketing. You can change choices via “Manage cookie preferences” in the footer at any time. For full details, read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
